Copy Type Data from PDFs

I have a set of scanned PDF pages that must be re-typed into editable text with complete accuracy. This is pure data-entry copy typing—no audio transcription or content creation.

Each batch I send should be returned as a Word document that mirrors the original layout’s headings, paragraphs, tables or numbered lists. Basic formatting (bold, italics, bullet points) needs to be preserved, but heavy design work is not required.

My workflow will be:
• I share the scans in folders of about 50 pages.
• You type them manually, run a spell-check, and carry out a quick side-by-side comparison to catch any slips in numbers, names, or punctuation.
• We review the file together; once accuracy is confirmed, I release the milestone and upload the next folder.

Accuracy is the priority, so include your average typing speed, how you proof your work, and the earliest date you can deliver the first folder. Familiarity with Microsoft Word (or Google Docs) and basic file management in cloud drives will help things move smoothly.
