I have a collection of scanned PDFs that need to be transformed into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The task is straightforward: copy-paste the information exactly as it appears, preserving every value, heading, and line break so the resulting spreadsheet mirrors the source documents.

Because the files are scanned, you may choose the OCR tool you’re most comfortable with—Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY, or any reliable alternative—so long as the final output ends up in Excel (.xlsx) and is fully editable. After the initial extraction, I need you to check for OCR errors, align columns consistently, and ensure totals or calculated fields (if any exist) match the originals.

Deliverables
• One Excel sheet for each scanned PDF, named to match the source file
• Consistent column widths, clear headers, and no merged cells unless the layout requires it
• 100 % accuracy when I spot-check random rows against the PDFs
