Convert Website to Android App

I already have a fully-responsive website and now need it packaged as a modern Android application using WebView. The site is not purely static; visitors submit data through several forms and interact with embedded videos and audio players. Those elements must work flawlessly inside the app, so the WebView configuration has to support JavaScript, file uploads, multimedia playback, and the usual runtime permissions (camera, microphone, storage) when required by the browser layer.

Please keep the interface minimal—just a splash screen with my logo, an optional toolbar for back/forward navigation, and graceful error handling for lost connectivity. Push notifications are not required at this stage.
