I have a collection of scanned documents—some pages filled with text paragraphs, others packed with numbers, most with a bit of both. My goal is to turn every page into a single, tidy Excel workbook where each field from the scan sits in its own clearly labeled cell.

Here’s what I need done:
• Run accurate OCR on all pages (Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or a tool of similar quality is fine).
• Check the output line-by-line, correcting any OCR errors so both text and numeric values match the scan perfectly.
• Arrange the mixed data logically in Excel: headings on the first row, consistent column order across every sheet, and no merged cells.
• Save the final file as .xlsx and deliver it ready for immediate analysis.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. 100 % of the data from the scans present in the spreadsheet.
2. No stray characters or formatting glitches.
3. Numeric fields stay numeric—no text-formatted numbers.
4. File opens without warnings in Excel 2019+.

If you’re comfortable with meticulous data entry and PDF conversion, this should be straightforward. Let me know your turnaround time and any clarifying questions you might have.
