Update Order Status Records

I have a backlog of order status information that must be keyed into our internal system as soon as possible. All the source details—order numbers, current status codes, dates, and any relevant notes—are ready for you in easy-to-read files. Your job is straightforward: review each record, confirm the data is complete and accurate, then enter it into the designated fields in the online portal I will provide.

Accuracy is far more important than speed; I will spot-check your first batch to be sure we are aligned on formatting, spelling, and status codes. Once we are in sync, you can process the remaining records at your own pace, but daily progress updates are required so I can keep customers and the logistics team informed.

The data you input will feed directly into our reporting dashboards and inventory workflow, so a single typo can throw off stock counts or delay shipments. Please be comfortable working with spreadsheets and online forms, double-checking your work, and flagging any inconsistencies you notice.

When you finish, export a confirmation report from the portal to show the total number of entries completed along with any items you had to question or correct. That report will serve as the final deliverable.
