Convert Scanned Pages to Text -- 2

I need reliable help turning a collection of roughly 50 – 200 pages of handwritten and printed material into clean, editable text. The job is pure text entry: no spreadsheets or database work involved.

Most pages are legible scans, but a few handwritten notes may require extra care to decipher. Accuracy matters more than speed—I’ll be spot-checking for typos, missed words, and formatting consistency (paragraph breaks, basic headings). Please keep original spelling and punctuation intact unless it is clearly an error.

Deliverables
• A single Word or Google Docs file containing the transcribed text, mirroring the order of the source pages
• A brief log noting any sections that were unclear or required assumptions
