Convert PDF Tables to Word

I have a series of PDFs that contain important tables I need migrated into editable Word documents. The job is focused exclusively on PDF-to-Word conversion—no Excel work is required. Each table must be recreated in Word, preserving all rows, columns, and cell values, then reformatted so the data is clean, consistent, and easy to read (uniform fonts, aligned headers, proportional column widths).

You will receive:
• The original PDF files.
• A brief style guide that shows the exact table layout I want replicated.

What I expect back:
