Convert PDF Tables to Spreadsheet

I have a batch of PDF files filled with neatly laid-out tables that need to be transferred into a clean, editable spreadsheet. Every cell must match the source exactly, from figures and dates to column headings, so a sharp eye for detail is essential.

You are free to work in Excel, Google Sheets, or even deliver a well-structured CSV—the key is that the resulting file mirrors the PDFs in both content and basic layout while remaining easy for me to sort, filter, and analyse.

I will supply the PDFs as soon as we start. Please let me know your expected turnaround time, any quality-control steps you follow for data accuracy, and a quick example of similar work if you have one. Once we agree on the format, I’ll green-light the project so you can begin immediately.
