Convert PDF Tables to Excel

I have a collection of PDFs—somewhere between 11 and 50 tables in total—that I need transferred into a clean, well-structured Excel file. The twist is that the tables aren’t laid out the same way on every page; column order, merged cells, or header placement can change from one table to the next.
Your task is to pull each table accurately, preserve all numeric and text values, and organise the results so every table is easy to read and ready for analysis. I’d like one workbook, with either separate sheets or clearly labelled sections, mirroring the original table names or page numbers.
To be sure the work is on track, I’ll check for:
• Consistent column alignment despite the differing layouts
• No missing rows, totals, or footnotes
• Correct data types (dates as dates, numbers as numbers)
Feel free to lean on any tools—Power Query, Python, or specialised PDF-to-Excel utilities—so long as the final Excel file opens flawlessly in the latest Microsoft 365 version. Let me know how soon you can start and your estimated turnaround time for the full set of tables.
