My site’s lead capture forms have stopped delivering submissions to my custom-domain inbox. Visitors can still fill out the form, but nothing reaches me—no confirmation, no record. I’m unsure if the issue sits with a plugin, a custom script, or the server’s mail setup, so I need someone who can trace the full path from “Submit” to inbox and close every gap quickly.

You’ll need to:

• Audit the current form implementation (plugin, script, or CMS-native).
• Identify where delivery breaks—client side, server side, or SMTP.
• Repair or re-configure whatever’s responsible so every new lead lands in my custom-domain email without delay.
• Prove the fix with live test submissions and supply a brief summary of what was corrected for future reference.

Experience with PHP mail, SMTP authentication, cPanel/WHM email routing, and common form plugins will speed things along. I’m ready to provide hosting credentials and run real-time tests with you so we can wrap this up today if possible.
