Key points to keep in mind
• Every table, every row: nothing can be skipped.
• Three columns are critical and must be clearly preserved in the sheet: Dates, Values, and Text descriptions. Feel free to flag them with a subtle background colour or bold header so they stand out the moment I open the file.
• Sheet layout should mirror the PDFs, making it easy for pivoting and charting later.
