Word Paragraphs to Excel Rows

I have a collection of Microsoft Word documents and I need every standalone paragraph lifted out and placed into an Excel workbook, with each paragraph occupying its own row. No tables, images, or contact blocks—just the plain text paragraphs exactly as they appear in the source files.

You may use any reliable method you prefer (manual copy-paste, VBA, Power Query, or a small Python script with python-docx and openpyxl) so long as the final result is clean and accurately mirrors the original wording, punctuation, and line breaks.

Deliverables
• One .xlsx file per Word batch, each row containing a single paragraph in sequence
• Source-to-row mapping retained (either by file name in a separate column or a clear index)
• Completed file returned error-free and ready for immediate use
