Convert PDF Data to Excel

I have a set of PDFs that combine tables with narrative text, and I need every relevant data point transferred into a clean, single-sheet Excel workbook. I’ll provide a list of the exact columns I want to see, so you can ignore anything outside those fields once you extract the information.

Accuracy matters more than speed: numbers, headings, and any embedded notes must end up in the right column without typos or mis-alignment. If a value can’t be read confidently, flag it so I can review.

You’re free to use whatever tools you prefer—Python, Power Query, manual entry, OCR utilities—so long as the final XLSX reflects the structure I’ll send. When you’re done, I should be able to filter, sort, and run simple formulas across the sheet without first cleaning it.

Please tell me how you plan to approach mixed content extraction and roughly how long you’ll need once you see a sample file.
