Convert JPG Designs to WordPress

I already have every page of my new business website laid out as high-resolution JPGs; now I need those static designs translated into a fully functioning WordPress site. Each page should mirror the supplied artwork pixel-for-pixel while still taking advantage of WordPress best practices—clean, modular theme structure, Gutenberg compatibility and easy backend editing.

Because this is a business site, professional polish is essential: smooth navigation, fast load times, SEO-friendly markup and, above all, complete mobile responsiveness so the layout adapts flawlessly to phones and tablets. I’ll provide the image files, copy and brand guidelines; you’ll handle theme development, CSS, and any lightweight animation needed to match the comps.
