LIMS Configuration, Reports & Support

The immediate objective is to tighten up our Laboratory Information Management System, with the spotlight on system-level configuration and, in particular, the underlying database settings. I need a specialist who can jump straight into our existing LIMS, adjust schemas, parameters and connections so that data flows are clean, reliable and audit-ready.

Once the core configuration is sound, I also want fresh report and label templates created inside the same environment. These templates should pull data accurately from the newly configured tables and present it in a clear, lab-friendly format that complies with our internal standards.

You will act as my 2nd-level support line during the project: when first-line technicians escalate an issue, you will investigate, document the root cause in Confluence and track resolution through JIRA. The support load is moderate, mostly configuration-related questions, but responsiveness is important.

Deliverables
• Updated LIMS database configuration, fully tested and documented
• At least three reusable report templates and two label formats tied to the new data model
• Confluence pages summarising each change, with JIRA tickets closed and linked

If future needs arise—such as workflow tweaks or external system integrations—we can extend the collaboration, but for now the focus is the database layer, dependable reports and steady second-level coverage.
