I have layout floor plan PDFs (3rd floor and 4th floor of a residential property) that were exported from PowerPoint and contain raster/embedded images rather than vector CAD data. I need these converted into clean, accurate, editable AutoCAD DWG files with all hatches and blocks.

Scope of work:

- Convert floor plan into fully editable DWG files
- Trace all walls, doors, windows, and room boundaries accurately
- Include fixture/furniture outlines (kitchen counters, wardrobes, beds, sofas, bathroom fixtures, staircase, etc.) as shown in the reference images
- Label rooms and dimensions as shown in the original plans
- Organize drawing using proper CAD layer standards (separate layers for walls, doors/windows, furniture, dimensions, text, etc.)
- Scale the drawing accurately to real-world dimensions — reference dimensions are labeled on the plans (e.g. master bed 16'0"×14'9", family living 19'3"×15'6") and can be used to calibrate scale
- Deliver as clean DWG (AutoCAD 2018 or later format) plus DXF backup
- Final output should be print/construction-reference quality — not a rough trace

Reference materials provided:

Original PDFs with furniture legend/numbering for each room

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Raster Design experience or similar raster-to-vector tracing tools a plus)
Experience with residential architectural/interior floor plans
Attention to detail — accurate wall thickness, door swings, and dimensions matter since this will be used for a real interior design project
Please share 1-2 samples of similar raster-to-DWG conversion work in your proposal

Deliverables:

2 DWG files (one per floor)
2 DXF files (backup format)
Layered, dimensioned, and labeled per source PDFs
