Convert Fitness PDF to Excel

I need the entire contents of a fitness-related PDF transferred into a clean, fully editable Excel workbook. Every line of text, table, figure, and data point that appears in the source file should be captured and organised logically so the information is easy to review, filter, and update later.

Accuracy comes first: numbers must match exactly, headings must remain associated with their relevant data, and any minor OCR errors you spot along the way should be corrected. I am flexible on the exact sheet layout—use a single sheet or break it into multiple tabs if that will keep sections clear—but the final spreadsheet must mirror the flow of the original document and read naturally in Excel.
