I need help turning a batch of outgoing emails into polished, client-ready PDFs that sit neatly on our existing company letterhead. The letterhead is already finished and supplied as a PDF, so the task is purely about merging each email’s content onto that design, preserving its layout, fonts and margins.

Typical flow I picture:
• Take the raw email text (simple HTML or plain text).
• Overlay or paste it onto the provided letterhead without distorting the header, footer or branding elements.
• Export each finished page as an individual, print-quality PDF named logically (e.g., “ClientName-Subject-Date.pdf”).

If you prefer to automate the process with Acrobat, Word, LaTeX, or a small script, that’s fine—just make sure the output is consistent across all files. I’ll supply the letterhead PDF immediately; you supply back the ready-to-send PDFs and, if you automated, the working file or script so I can repeat the process later.

Clean formatting, zero pixel-shift in the branding, and quick turnaround are the key success markers for this job.
