we are looking for Ai base solution our target is to use the most suitable existing AI/agent-based conversion tools or resources to convert this scanned electrical bitmap into a fully editable native AutoCAD DWG files.

once you done kindly provide the resulting DWG, together with the conversion procedure, tools/services used and their sources.

Finally Note that The tool/process must produce editable electrical symbols/blocks, conductor lines, text, title block, revision table, layers and properly connected CAD objects, with no raster remnants
