AI 3D Animated Family Adventure — 2–3 Minute Pilot Episode

Project Overview
I am looking for a talented AI animation artist or small animation studio to create a professional, high-quality 3D animated family adventure for my YouTube channel, Sync & Sketch.

The project will feature a traditional Indian family living in a modern, technology-driven world. The story should combine family values, comedy, technology, relatable situations, and an entertaining adventure suitable for children and family audiences.

AI-assisted animation workflows are welcome, provided the final video looks professional, consistent, and engaging.

Project Requirements

1. Video Specifications
- Duration: 2–3 minutes for the pilot episode.
- Resolution: Full HD 1920 × 1080.
- Aspect ratio: 16:9 landscape.
- Frame rate: 24 or 30 FPS.
- Visual style: High-quality 3D cartoon animation with expressive characters and cinematic lighting.
- Language: Hindi, with natural Indian dialogue. English words may be used where appropriate.
- Platform: YouTube.

2. Main Characters

The animation should feature a consistent four-member Indian family:

- Father: A caring, humorous Indian father who represents traditional values.
- Mother: A warm, intelligent, traditional Indian homemaker.
- Son: A school-going boy who loves technology, gadgets, and AI.
- Daughter: A college-going girl who is smart, confident, creative, and tech-savvy.

All characters must have consistent faces, clothing, voices, proportions, and personalities throughout the episode.

3. Animation and Audio
- Smooth character animation and natural expressions.
- Consistent character designs and backgrounds.
- Professional Hindi voice-over and dialogue.
- Clear dialogue mixing, suitable background music, and sound effects.
- Proper lip-sync wherever dialogue is used.
- No robotic voices or visibly broken AI-generated movements.
- Engaging storytelling with a strong opening and a satisfying ending.

4. Deliverables
- Final Full HD MP4 video, ready for YouTube.
- Final Hindi dialogue script.
- Separate voice-over and music files, where available.
- Thumbnail image for YouTube.
- Character reference sheets or approved character designs.
- Project/source files and editable assets, as agreed before hiring.
- Written confirmation that all visuals, voices, music, sound effects, and other assets are properly licensed for commercial use.

5. Copyright and Ownership

The final video must be original and suitable for commercial publication on my YouTube channel. I require the right to publish, monetize, edit, distribute, and reuse the delivered work. No unauthorized copyrighted characters, music, voices, stock assets, or other third-party material may be used.

All third-party assets and AI tools must be disclosed, and their applicable commercial-use terms must be respected. Full ownership or assignment of transferable rights must be agreed upon in writing.

6. Budget and Deadline
- Initial pilot budget: ₹1K–₹3.5K, negotiable depending on quality and scope.
- Expected delivery: 6–7 calendar days after the script, character designs, and project brief are approved.
- Payment will be linked to agreed milestones and deliverables.

Milestones
1. Story concept, script, and character design approval.
2. Storyboard and animatic approval.
3. Animation production and first-cut review.
4. Final editing, Hindi audio, sound design, and delivery of files.

Ideal Freelancer
I prefer an experienced 3D animator, AI video creator, or small professional studio with a strong portfolio of character-based animation. Experience with AI animation tools, Blender, Unreal Engine, or comparable production workflows is an advantage.
