Convert ArchiCAD File to SketchUp

I’ve been sent an ArchiCAD project that I can’t even preview because I don’t own the software. All I need is for someone with a licensed copy of ArchiCAD to open the file and export it cleanly to SketchUp (.skp).

Please preserve the existing layer or group structure for the Architectural elements and Interior elements so that I can toggle them independently once I’m inside SketchUp. Geometry accuracy is more important to me than textures, but if you can carry materials across that’s a bonus.

Deliverable: a single SketchUp file that opens without errors and shows the same architectural and interior organisation that exists in the original model.
