Dynamic YouTube Vlog Editor Needed

I record travel-style vlogs several times a month and now need an editor who can shape the raw footage into a fast-paced, viewer-friendly episode ready for YouTube. Typical projects run 8–12 minutes once finished. I will supply multi-angle clips, simple talking-head segments, B-roll, music beds and basic graphic elements; you bring the storytelling instinct and the polish.

Here’s what I expect in each edit:
• Tight narrative flow that keeps energy high and eliminates dead time
• Clean jump-cuts, tasteful B-roll overlays, lower-third titles and engaging end-screens
• Light colour correction, audio balancing and subtle background music ducking
• Delivery in 4K (or at least 1080p) H.264, plus the project file so I can make tweaks later if needed

Premiere Pro is my current tool of choice, but if you work in Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve that’s fine as long as you can export the final file and any required assets.

When you respond, please focus on your directly relevant experience—especially examples of YouTube vlogs you’ve edited that showcase pacing, personality and creative cuts. I’m looking to build a long-term collaboration, so a quick turnaround and open communication will matter as much as the technical skills.

If this sounds like a good fit, let’s talk and line up the first episode.
