Convert Apartment to 4 Bedrooms

My current floor plan fits three bedrooms within its existing footprint, but I need four. The top priority is to re-configure the layout so the extra bedroom feels integrated rather than squeezed in. While doing this, please also show how the present shared bathroom could be divided into two separate facilities. Any overall gains in circulation or storage efficiency are welcome, but the additional bedroom must drive every design move.

What I’d like from you
• Two or three alternative floor-layout proposals presented as clear, scaled 2-D plans (PDF or DWG).
• A brief note under each option explaining key shifts—walls moved, rooms resized, traffic flow—and why the scheme meets the four-bedroom goal more elegantly than the existing arrangement.
• Identification of any walls that look load-bearing so I can understand structural implications before we go further.

Acceptance criteria
A concept will be considered successful if:
1. All four bedrooms are private, code-compliant spaces (not pass-throughs).
2. The common bath is shown as two logical, functional rooms.
3. Circulation is no more congested than today, ideally better.

If you use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar tools, mention which one so I know which files to expect. I’m ready to supply the present plan and dimensions the moment we start.
