Remote HR Support to Build a Local Email Testing Team

I am an IT professional looking to build a small remote testing team in Argentina and Colombia. The project involves monitoring the delivery of legitimate email campaigns across various recipient environments.

What You’ll Do:
- Recruit 10-20 local participants in Argentina and Colombia using their own Gmail accounts.
- Coordinate tasks where participants receive test emails, check their placement (Inbox, Spam, Promotions, etc.), and report results daily.
- Provide training materials and support to ensure participants can perform the tasks efficiently.
- Manage communication with participants, resolve any queries, and ensure consistent reporting.

Requirements:
- Located in Argentina and/or Colombia with strong understanding of recruitment locally.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- HR experience or knowledge of recruiting/testing coordination is preferred.
- Able to manage a team remotely.

Payment:
Participants will be paid monthly for 1-2 hours/day of effort. Your remuneration can be discussed based on the scope of work.
