Contract Electrical Supervisors Wanted

I’m hiring electrical professionals on a contract, channel-partner basis to supervise large-scale projects we have secured in Bangalore and Mysore, with occasional assignments in nearby hubs when required. If you hold a BE, Diploma, or ITI in Electrical Engineering and enjoy stepping in as the on-site expert, you’ll fit right in.

Your core focus will be project supervision and hands-on oversight of electrical installations—verifying drawings, guiding contractors, enforcing safety standards and making sure every termination, panel, and cable run meets IS/IEC codes. Because these builds run on tight timelines, I’ll count on you to flag risks early, keep concise progress notes, and coordinate with our internal design team as well as client representatives.

I provide the project documentation, work permits and escalation path; you bring your field toolkit, statutory licence and the confidence to back your decisions in front of auditors. Site schedules are typically flexible day shifts, so this role suits freelancers pursuing parallel assignments or consultants looking for steady part-time work.

Deliverables I expect from every engagement:
• Daily supervision logs and photographs
• Checklist-based installation quality sign-offs
• Weekly progress summary (email or shared drive)
• Final completion certificate countersigned by the client
