I already have a draft AI-generated model of a one-storey house joined to a small bath complex, both based on 40-foot shipping containers. What I now need is a full set of working drawings and calculations that bring this concept up to Russian norms and current GOST requirements.
The core of the assignment is to turn my sketch-level idea into fabrication-ready documentation. That means you will resolve every node where steel framing meets an opening, join the bath block to the main module without cold bridges, and show exactly how the containers dock to the side sheds and to each other. Each wall, floor and ceiling “pie” must be drawn in section with layers, thicknesses, materials and fasteners called out.
Thermal and moisture protection are critical. Please specify insulation and waterproofing solutions that meet СП 50.13330 and СП 71.13330 for residential spaces and wet zones. Likewise, develop a simple but reliable MEP package: balanced ventilation with air intake/exhaust paths, cold and hot water piping, a compact boiler room, under-floor heating loops, and an electrical layout that leaves room for future smart-home wiring.
I will also rely on you for a furniture plan that locks in embed plates, sleeve positions and service clearances so installation on site is trouble-free. Doors, windows, exterior cladding and façade treatments must be scheduled with dimensions, U-values and finish data.
