I’m ready to move a new consumer-electronics concept from schematic to a production-ready, multi-layer PCB and need an experienced designer to take charge of the full layout. The board will centre around a single microcontroller and several board-edge / board-to-board connectors; no other complex RF or high-voltage sections are planned, so the stack-up can stay focused on signal integrity, controlled impedance for USB traces, and clean power distribution.

You’ll start from my draft schematic (Altium or KiCad preferred, but I’m flexible) and use it to create:

• Optimised multi-layer layout that meets standard DFM/DFT rules for mainstream consumer PCB fabs
• Complete manufacturing package: Gerbers, drill files, pick-and-place data, and a tidy BOM with part numbers and footprints
• Project source files so I can iterate internally later

I’ll provide mechanical outlines, component placement constraints, and target fab specs as soon as we kick off. Let me know which tool you prefer, a quick overview of similar consumer boards you’ve shipped, and a realistic timeline to first Gerber release. If you can also create 3D models for enclosure fit-checks, mention that as a plus.

Looking forward to collaborating and getting this board into the lab for first power-on.
