Consumer Fraud and Identity Theft Legal Help

I need a skilled fraud and consumer lawyer to assist with a serious issue involving negligence from Straight Talk, which has led to fraud and identity theft.

This is probably a long shot because I've had no luck. October 19th 2026 straight talk transferred my phone number without my consent. Now I am dealing with fraud and identity theft. Straight talk told me they did the right thing because this person was able to get into my email and provide a 2 way identification code through ST chat saying my phone was lost. ST did not ask this person my security questions or frequent numbers I text. I went through heck getting my number back and proving i owned my account. I have contact the FCC,FTC,BBB, indiana attorney general and federal communication commission. The FCC advised me to find a lawyer. I have reached out multiple times to ST on phone call and chats. I've had multiple chats closed on me and they won't give me a head quarters address to send certified mail. I have been documenting everything and recording phone calls to every account that has been affected. The hacker got into my personal bank account and opened credit cards. I have a police report and going to make a new one. I have done everything im suppose to do. I am literally sick, physically ill, and suffering. Im a paramedic and I save lives and now no one is helping me get mine back.
