I’m in the concept phase of a new consumer-electronics product and need expert guidance turning my rough idea into a manufacturable PCB board. At this point I haven’t committed to a single-, double-, or multi-layer stack-up; I’m looking for someone who can talk me through the pros, cons and cost implications of each and then translate the chosen approach into clean, production-ready files.

What I expect from our collaboration
• An initial call to discuss requirements, component selection and any size, power or thermal constraints.
• Schematic capture and PCB layout in the package you’re comfortable with—Altium, KiCad, Eagle or similar—while following good DFM/DFT practice.
• Regular checkpoints with screenshots or PDFs so I can review routing density, component placement and keep-out zones.
• Final deliverables: editable design files, Gerbers, drill files, BOM and a short design note explaining stack-up, key calculations and test points.

If you have experience bringing compact consumer devices to life, especially where space, EMI and power efficiency compete, I’d love to hear about it and start refining this board together.
