I need a cross-platform mobile application that works seamlessly on both Android and iPhone to keep every aspect of our construction sites in one place. Four clear user roles must be built in—Admin, Manager, Employee and Site Incharge—so each person only sees the tools and data relevant to them.

Core modules
• Daily Site Activity: users create and assign tasks, see progress in real time and raise issues on the spot, complete with photos or notes.
• Attendance & Wages: quick clock-in/clock-out with optional GPS tag, automatic wage calculation at day-end.
• Monetary Tracking: record expenses, advances and any other cash movement against a project or task.
• Inventory: log materials in and out, receive low-stock alerts and view current balances at a glance.

A single sign-on should take each role straight to its own dashboard while Admin retains full control over permissions, data export and basic analytics. Clean, intuitive screens are important because most users will be on site with limited time.

Deliverables
• Production-ready Android (APK/AAB) and iOS (IPA/TestFlight) builds
• Complete, well-commented source code and database schema
• Basic admin panel or API documentation to manage data, users and roles
• Short user guide so we can roll the app out quickly

Acceptance criteria
• All four roles can log in and perform their specific actions without seeing restricted data.
• Task scheduling, progress updates and issue reports sync correctly across devices.
• Attendance entries feed directly into wage calculations with no manual edits.
• Monetary and inventory records can be exported (CSV or Excel) for accounting.

I’m open to the framework you prefer—Flutter, React Native or similar—as long as the final product is stable, lightweight and easy for our team to maintain.
