The new church will occupy a 40 ft × 80 ft footprint, and I need a complete, construction-ready architectural drawing set that a local contractor can take straight to permitting and the field.

Scope
I am looking for full architectural documentation—floor plan, elevations, roof plan, sections, schedules, basic specifications, and any code notes required by a typical US authority having jurisdiction. Please size and annotate walls, doors, windows, roof framing, finishes, and accessibility provisions so nothing is left for interpretation on site.

Electrical Coordination
Although a separate electrician will produce the official electrical package, I do want room in the architectural sheets for a lighting layout and power distribution notes so coordination is seamless. Simply reserve and reference those items; no need to produce a standalone electrical sheet set.

Deliverables
• PDF sheets sized for 24 in × 36 in printing
• Native CAD (DWG or Revit) files for future revisions
• A brief revision log explaining any changes after the first review

Acceptance
I will mark the project complete once the city plan reviewer confirms the set is “Approved for Construction” without architectural revisions.

If you have recent church or assembly-occupancy experience, please mention it when you submit.
