I’m building a cross-platform application that lets customers book construction materials while suppliers and administrators manage everything from stock to delivery in real time. The product must run smoothly on iOS, Android, and the web with a single, consistent code-base.

Core experience
• Role-based access for Admin, Supplier, and Customer accounts
• Live GPS tracking so customers can follow their orders and I can monitor supplier fleets
• A robust admin dashboard that shows orders, payments, inventory, and analytics at a glance
• Supplier management tools for pricing, stock updates, and order status

What I need from you
1. Full UX/UI and technical architecture, then iterative builds for mobile (Swift/Kotlin—or a shared framework like Flutter/React Native) and a responsive web portal.
2. Secure backend with real-time database and scalable APIs, plus separate dashboards for each role.
3. End-to-end testing, store deployment, and brief documentation so my in-house team can maintain the code.

Acceptance criteria
• One set of credentials logs each user into their specific role with the correct permissions.
• GPS locations update automatically every few seconds and render on Google Maps/Apple Maps in both mobile and web views.
• The admin dashboard aggregates orders, stock, and user analytics without lag when tested with 1,000+ simultaneous sessions.
• A demo dataset shows the full ordering flow—customer request, supplier confirmation, live delivery tracking, and proof of delivery upload—working flawlessly.

If you have shipped similar marketplace or logistics apps, especially with real-time location features, let’s talk about timelines and a milestone plan that gets us to launch quickly.
