I want to keep our pipeline full of quality work, so I need someone who can consistently uncover fresh opportunities in every corner of the construction market—residential builds, commercial jobs, and even subcontractor–level scopes. For commercial leads, it doesn’t matter whether a project is still on the drawing board, midway through the build, or wrapping up; if it’s active and fits our services, I want to hear about it.
What makes a lead useful to me is detail. Each opportunity you pass along must include
• clear project requirements,
• the direct contact information for the decision-maker (no generic info@ emails), and
• realistic budget and schedule notes.
Use whatever mix of sources works best—LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry bid boards, Builders Exchange reports, Dodge, cold-call prospecting, email outreach, or smart web-scraping—as long as the data is accurate and current. I’ll provide a simple CRM template in Google Sheets so we stay organized, and we can review results weekly to refine the search criteria.
Deliverables:
1. A shared spreadsheet updated daily with qualified leads.
2. Verification notes that show how you confirmed the decision-maker’s role and the project’s status.
3. A short weekly summary pointing out high-priority prospects and any trends you’re seeing.
If you’ve previously filled construction pipelines and can show response rates or closed-deal stats, let’s talk.
