Architect Needed for AI Platform

I’m ready to turn my AI-driven business idea into a real product and need a seasoned software architect to map out the entire platform. The mission is crystal-clear: build a system that measurably enhances customer experience. The first release will centre on automated customer support, but whatever we design must scale smoothly as traffic grows and as future modules—such as chatbots or recommendation engines—come online.

• Guidelines for horizontal scalability, fail-over, and performance monitoring from day one.

Acceptance criteria
– Blueprint addresses automated customer support end-to-end.
– Design supports adding new AI services without refactoring core layers.
– Documentation is clear enough for a mid-level dev team to execute.
