Conference Note Takers Needed

Two onsite note takers are required in Singapore on 7–8 October (full-day coverage each day) for a professional conference. The task is to capture everything the speakers present, not just a summary or key points. Accuracy, speed, and an ear for technical terminology are essential because the notes will serve as our internal reference after the event. I will provide the session agenda in advance; seating near the AV desk with power outlets and Wi-Fi will be arranged.

Deliverables
• Complete, well-formatted transcripts of every talk and panel, organised by session and time stamp, returned in editable Word or Google Docs by 10 a.m. the following morning.
• A single consolidated file at the end of Day 2 that merges both days, clearly sectioned for quick lookup.

Acceptance Criteria
• No gaps longer than 30 seconds in any talk.
• Speaker names, slide titles, and audience questions captured verbatim.
• Proof-read for spelling and obvious homophone errors before submission.

Please be comfortable working quietly in the room, bringing your own laptop and preferred typing or shorthand tools. Confidentiality is paramount; all material remains internal and must not be shared elsewhere.
