Conceptual Residential Design for 600m² Triplex

Architect Wanted for Residential Concept Design – 3 Units on 600 m² Plot

I am looking for an experienced architect to develop three different concept design proposals for a residential project on a 600 m² plot.

The project will include three residential units, consisting of:

* Two larger residences of approximately 115 m² each, with 3 bedrooms
* One studio of approximately 27 m²
* Approximately 40 m² of semi-outdoor / covered areas
* A shared swimming pool
* BBQ / outdoor living area
* Basement of approximately 200 m² or more, including parking for up to 4 cars, playroom, gym and guest room

The architectural style should be modern, minimal and distinctive, with clean lines, strong indoor-outdoor connection and concealed architectural lighting.

At this stage, I am looking for three alternative architectural concepts, including different combinations of single-storey and two-storey solutions, together with:

* Site layout
* Floor plans
* Basement layout
* Exterior concept
* Basic 3D visualisations

The main objective is to find the best possible architectural solution for fitting all required spaces efficiently within the 600 m² plot.

Interested architects should provide:

1. A fixed-price quotation for the three concept proposals
2. A separate estimated quotation for full architectural drawings and detailed construction / execution design, should we proceed with the selected proposal
