Resolve Windows Startup BSOD

My Windows machine crashes with a blue-screen loop the instant it boots; the stop error shows up before I ever reach the desktop and even Safe Mode drops to the same BSOD. No new hardware or software was added beforehand, so the fault is buried somewhere deeper—in a corrupted driver, system file, boot record, or perhaps a failing registry hive.

I need a Windows troubleshooting specialist who can remotely isolate the root cause, repair it, and return the system to a normal, clean boot without data loss. The usual toolset—WinDbg, BlueScreenView, SFC/DISM, Driver Verifier, Event Viewer, offline registry edits, and recovery-environment commands—will probably be required, but I am open to any proven workflow you prefer.

Deliverables
• Stable boot to normal Windows desktop (and Safe Mode) with no BSOD for at least two consecutive restarts
• Brief summary report of steps taken and the specific fix implemented so I can reference it in the future
