I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can jump straight into the day-to-day running of my small business and keep things moving smoothly.
Core responsibilities
• Admin support
– Email management: triage, flag priorities, draft quick replies
– Appointment scheduling across multiple time zones and calendars
– Document preparation in Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
• Customer service
– Phone support during US business hours (VoIP system provided)
– Email support with a 24-hour response window
– Live chat support via Intercom
• Data entry
– Update spreadsheets and our CRM with 100 % accuracy
– Light research or web scraping when needed

Inbox is near-zero each evening, my calendar stays organised, customer queries are answered politely and on time, and every record you touch is clean and consistent.
