The task is to turn three separate mounting areas into one coordinated photovoltaic layout:

• a steel-deck roof that will carry roughly 600 modules,
• a flat roof for about 250 modules, and
• a 100-car solar car-park structure with another ±600 modules.

I need a single, unified drawing set that positions every panel accurately, shows clear measurements, and respects roof obstacles, access paths, string grouping and inverter locations. Any recognised solar-design platform is fine—as long as I receive the working file in SketchUp or AutoCAD alongside PDFs for quick review.

Please include full-colour 3D renders of each installation zone, a shadow analysis that illustrates seasonal impact, and an energy-production simulation so I can verify expected output before we move ahead.

Deliverables will be considered complete when:
1. Each roof and the car park appear on separate, scaled layout sheets with module counts, dimensions and azimuth/tilt labels.
2. Native design files (.skp or .dwg) plus export to PDF are provided.
3. A brief report summarises shading results and annual yield figures, backed up by screenshots or exported data from the chosen solar software.

Clarity, accuracy and visually convincing output are more important than speed, but a concise turnaround is appreciated. (HelioScope - PVcase - PVsyst - Aurora Solar )
