I’m ready to turn several reliability-engineering methods—FMEA, FMECA, FTA and general reliability analysis—into one seamless online workspace. You’ll take the concept sketches and calculation logic I already have and translate them into a full-stack, production-ready web app built on a modern framework such as React or Angular.
Core requirements
• Modular data-input screens that let users build, edit and clone analyses quickly.
• Real-time calculations that generate automated risk-priority reports and downloadable summaries (PDF/Excel).
• Interactive visualisation: Pareto charts, fault trees, heat maps and trend graphs rendered with a charting library of your choice (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).
• Secure sign-up, login and granular role management so different teams can collaborate yet see only what they should.
Scope of work
– Design the UX/UI, database schema and API endpoints.
– Code the front end, back end and integrate the analysis algorithms I’ll supply.
– Implement unit, integration and security tests, then deploy to a cloud host (AWS, Azure or similar) with CI/CD.
– Provide clear documentation plus a short handover session so my team can maintain the tool.
Acceptance criteria
1. All four analysis modules run without errors against a provided test data set.
2. Reports export correctly and match the reference spreadsheets I’ll share.
3. Role permissions prevent unauthorised access to restricted projects.
4. Solution installs with a single command, documented in a README.
If this end-to-end build sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s discuss your preferred stack and timeline so we can get started.
