I’m preparing the execution-level package for a 26.26-hectare olive grove in Caspe, Spain and need a specialist to complete the engineering work so my team can move straight into physical installation.
Scope and context
• 12.5 ha of new super-intensive Arbequina plantings plus 10.5 ha of existing plots that will be retrofitted to drip.
• Water will draw from our 2 million-liter reservoir and the Canal de Caspe/Civán network.
• The system must run on a dedicated solar photovoltaic pump set-up that drives operating costs to near zero.
Key deliverables
1. Hydraulic layout covering the entire piping network, pump stations and control valves.
2. Solar PV pumping design: array sizing, inverter/drive selection, pump curve confirmation and wiring schematic.
3. Itemised bill of materials and full construction blueprints (this portion is mission-critical for us).
4. Blueprints must carry full technical specifications—not just a basic layout—including pipe diameters, emitter spacing, pressure zones, valve locations, cable sizing, mounting details and any safety devices.
5. All CAD drawings supplied in DWG and PDF; BOM delivered in an editable spreadsheet with manufacturer part numbers.
Important notes
• I will handle on-site labour, so all documents must be clear enough for field crews to follow without additional engineering support.
• Please reference Spanish codes or internationally accepted standards where applicable.
• Accuracy of hydraulic calculations and solar yield estimates will be used as acceptance criteria.
If you’ve completed similar agricultural irrigation projects—especially those combining drip and off-grid solar—this should be a straightforward engagement. I’m ready to share topographic files and reservoir data as soon as we start.
