I’m looking for an HR specialist who can design and deliver a complete training programme for a brand-new hire who is just stepping into the profession. The areas we need covered are recruitment & onboarding, performance management and employee relations, with each topic broken down into clear, practical steps that a beginner can immediately apply.
The format will be hybrid: a blend of live online sessions (video-conferencing tools of your choice) and a small number of in-person workshops that we’ll schedule together in Pune. I’m flexible on exact timing, but I’d like a structured curriculum spread over several weeks so the learner has time to practise between sessions.
Key deliverables I’ll be looking for:
• A detailed training roadmap with learning objectives for each module
• Session materials (slides, worksheets, checklists, templates) in editable format
• Short knowledge checks or quizzes after each topic to confirm understanding
• Practical assignments—e.g. mock interviews, drafting a performance-review plan, handling a sample employee-relations case—and your written feedback on each
• A final skills-gap report highlighting progress and next-step recommendations
Please share examples of similar HR training you’ve delivered, the tools you prefer (LMS platforms, video call software, assessment tools, etc.), and a rough outline of how you’d phase the hybrid sessions. If you’re comfortable mentoring someone completely new to HR and can translate theory into day-to-day practice, I’d love to hear how you would approach this project.
