Comprehensive Hotel Data Scrape

I need a fresh, reliable data set that lists hotels worldwide with, at minimum, these columns: hotel name, star rating, number of rooms, full address, email, direct phone, and the current General Manager’s name.

Web scraping or data source will be the primary collection method; I expect you to pull from a blend of travel booking websites, individual hotel-chain sites, and any relevant public tourism databases to fill the gaps. The resulting file should be delivered as a clean CSV with no duplicates, clearly labeled fields, and consistent formatting for phone numbers and addresses. If parts of the data—like GM names or direct emails—require creative sourcing, describe your strategy up-front.

In your proposal, walk me through:
• the scraping stack you plan to use (e.g., Python, Scrapy/BeautifulSoup, Selenium, proxy management, CAPTCHA handling)
• how you will monitor and respect robots.txt or rate limits while still achieving broad coverage
