Comprehensive Hospital Management System -- 2

I need a seasoned development partner who can take this project from architecture through deployment: a fully-featured, web-based Hospital Management System that scales smoothly, protects sensitive data, and is intuitive for everyday medical workflows.

Core functionality must cover
• Patient record management with searchable, role-based access
• Real-time appointment scheduling linked to individual practitioner calendars
• End-to-end billing and invoicing that supports multiple payment methods and insurance claims

Although doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff will use the back-office side most heavily, patients also need their own secure portal to view records, book or change appointments, and settle bills online.

Security and compliance are non-negotiable; please bring experience with HIPAA/GDPR-style data safeguards, audit logging, and encrypted data at rest and in transit. The final product should be container-ready for cloud hosting so we can scale horizontally when new facilities come onboard.

I’m open on the tech stack—as long as it is modern, maintainable, and supports responsive UI (React, Angular, or Vue on the front end; Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar on the back end; SQL or NoSQL where appropriate). We’ll iterate through clearly defined milestones: requirements sign-off, clickable prototype, MVP release, then production hardening and documentation.
