Comprehensive Apparel Tech Packs

I need four production ready tech packs for a full tracksuit, a T-shirt, a yoga set (pants + top) and a rain jacket. Each pack must arm my manufacturer with every detail required to sample accurately the first time. I will obviously start with one and see how we go.

Please include:

• Cover page with style name/season and a clean technical flat sketch (front, back and any key close-ups).
• Full bill of materials listing every fabric, trim, label and packaging element.
• Fabric specifications: cotton, polyester and spandex blends only, with exact composition percentages left open for your expert recommendation.
• Size tables: base size measurements plus a graded chart across the full range.
• Colourways and all print or logo placement call-outs in Pantone codes.
• Construction notes—stitch types, SPI, seam allowances and any special reinforcements.
• Cost sheet broken down by fabric, trims, labour and overheads, followed by a revision log I can update as sampling progresses.

Vector artwork should be created in Adobe Illustrator (or a compatible tool) and delivered as both .AI and PDF files. Measurement charts should sit in a clearly labelled Excel or Google Sheet tab within the same package.

I will mark the job complete once each tech pack is internally consistent, visually tidy and ready to e-mail straight to the factory without further edits.
