I need a full submission-ready drawing package for a small residential project (under 2,000 sq ft). The local authority requires complete specifications, so every sheet has to be coordinated across disciplines and formatted for permit approval.
What I expect you to handle:
• Architecture – plans, elevations, sections, site plan and all relevant details
• Structure – foundation, column, beam, slab and reinforcement drawings
• MEP – electrical, plumbing and mechanical layouts with schedules
All three disciplines must align perfectly; clashes or missing information will not be accepted. Final files should arrive as a clean, bookmarked PDF plus the editable CAD/Revit source.
Timeline is tight: roughly three days per discipline (architecture first, then structure, then MEP), so only apply if you have comparable residential-permit experience and can share recent samples that passed review without major comments.
Let me know your proposed approach, software versions you will use, and any questions you have so we can lock the scope and milestones before starting.
