Complete Odoo Setup & implementation

I am rolling out a fresh Odoo instance and want it fully configured so I can start operating immediately. The scope covers three core modules—Sales, Inventory, and Accounting—each of which will need thoughtful tailoring to match my workflow rather than “out-of-the-box” behaviour.

Sales
• Configure quotation and order flow, including custom fields and automated emails.
• Adapt price lists, payment terms, and taxes to my local rules.

Inventory
• Define multiple warehouses and locations.
• Set up automated re-ordering rules and barcode operations that integrate smoothly with the Sales module.

Accounting
• Localise the chart of accounts, journals, and fiscal year settings.
• Automate invoice posting from Sales and stock valuation from Inventory.
• Enable bank reconciliation and basic financial reports.

Because I am starting from scratch, there is no legacy data to migrate, so you can focus on a clean, performant configuration. I will provide server access and any required company specifics (tax IDs, warehouse addresses, etc.) on project kick-off.

Deliverables
1. A ready-to-use Odoo database with the above modules configured and customised.
2. Brief documentation or screen-share walk-through explaining key configurations so I can maintain them going forward.
3. Source code for any custom modules or Python/JS tweaks applied.

The project is complete when I can process a test order end-to-end—quoting, confirming, picking, shipping, invoicing, and posting—all without errors.
