Complete Indian LLP Closure

My LLP was incorporated a year ago but never opened a bank account and never carried out any business. Because the Registrar requires a 12-month wait before striking-off, I could not close it immediately and the professional I engaged abandoned the job halfway.

I now need someone who can take the matter from start to finish: verify whether any returns or compliance filings are still pending, prepare every necessary document, and handle the actual submission to the ROC until the LLP is officially dissolved. I will provide the original incorporation papers and any correspondence I have, but I will rely on your guidance for everything else—forms, affidavits, indemnity bonds, digital signatures, and follow-ups with the ROC portal.
