The office building has already cleared design approval; now I need the full “Issued for Construction” drawing set so the contractor can break ground immediately. From these, I expect you to develop fully coordinated, clash-free documents that cover architecture, structure, and the required building services—mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection—while remaining compliant with the national code plus its local amendments.

Your scope includes translating the current intent into dimensioned plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and service schematics. Clear layer management, consistent annotation, and cross-discipline coordination are non-negotiable. Native CAD or Revit files (state the version you plan to use) and print-ready PDFs are the final deliverables.
