I already run a fully-working, browser-based cash register and now I want to hand every new user a crystal-clear set of training videos. Your job is to screen-record the site and narrate each step in a warm, natural American female voice so that both cashiers and managers can master the system without confusion.
Scope of the walkthrough
The content must show a full tour: ringing up sales, adding or editing items, pulling reports, and adjusting staff settings. Rather than one long screencast, I need a series of short, standalone clips—each clip devoted to a single task—so viewers can jump straight to what they need.
Quality expectations
Clean 1080p (or better) capture, perfectly synced audio, steady cursor movement, and zero background noise. The pacing should stay friendly but efficient; think modern SaaS tutorials made with Camtasia, ScreenFlow, or similar tools. Please trim dead time, add concise callouts where helpful, and ensure menus and figures stay readable on any laptop screen.
Deliverables I’ll be looking for
• Separate MP4 files for each main task (Sales, Item Setup, Reports, Staff Settings)
• Light intro/outro branding bumpers using my logo (file provided)
• Captions or an editable transcript for accessibility
• Source project files so I can update content later if the UI changes
When you respond, link to two or three prior software walkthroughs or training videos that best match this style and mention the tool you prefer to record and edit with. Once I choose a freelancer I’ll give you login credentials along with a simple script outline and branding assets so you can start right away.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE UPC BARCODE SCANNER OTHER WISE do not bet.
